Bisoprolol help

Had heart palpitations on and off for 3-4 years, had a portable heart monitor 3 years ago but never showed anything up, in last year had 2 x ecg both normal, get palpitations just in my throat daily,never seems to go away, but gets more vivd and pulsating if i do basic lifting, or exercise, got a dull pin in my chest when i bend over, Was put on 1,25mg Bisoprolol about 12 days ago, things dont seem to be improving blood pressure lower, but palpitations in throat still as bad, anyone had same and know what it is? its really starting to do my head in as doctors tested for everything and found nothing

    Managed to persuade my doctor to change me from Bisoprolol to Propranalol, only been on it 1 day so we,ll see how that goes.
