you will have to be weened off, i was on it for 6yrs, came off then a yr later went back on with a dose of 2.5 for 2and half months i am super sensitive and still had to be weened. it had started to give me anxiety like a frightened chiwawa. it had never did that before.

    Hi Charles

I have been on this drug in the past and it is awful. The side effects are terrible and if I were you I would try and come off it and ask your doctor for something else.

DO NOT stop taking suddenly but you must try and come off gradually. I felt very anxious when I was taking it but eventually came off it and Doctor put me on propranalol which is great.

This drug should be banned. I am sure your cold and tingling feet is not fatal but it must be worrying for you. Go back to your doctor and insist he change your medication.

    Good luck

    Hi Charlies,

I was taking 5 mg of biso for only 3 months. I experienced many side affects. My hands and feet were freezing and my feet would go numb.

I also was so tired that I could not do anything. All I wanted to do is lat on the sofa.

I was told to just stop taking it 5 days prior to having a heart ablation. My doctor said it was just fine to stop like that. But it was not fine. I went through terrible withdrawals. I had extreme anxiety along with many physical side affects. My legs were like jelly while they would jerk and shake. It was a really bad time in my life.

Please just start withdrawaling slowly. Take time to come off it. You will be fine that way.
