Bisoprolol withdrawal help

Ive been on bisoprolol 1.25mgs for about 16 months for AF. I had an ablation done in Feb and everything settled down. Cardiologist told me to come straight off it as she said it probably isnt doing anything now as its such a low dose. So i stopped it straight away! I was ok for about a week then i noticed my heart rate was rapid when not doing anything and my blood pressure started to get high too. I spoke with my GP and he said to go back on it

then reduce it Ive been back on it for 1 week now and everything fine again. Any advice greatly appreciated .Thanks

proceed with caution. Getting off these drugs can be very tricky. Ive been trying for more than a year and experienced pure torture. Not everyone does but you dont know till its too late. I an using a compounding pharmacy to create very small dose reductions . Good Luck!
