Bisoprolol withdrawal, pain in centre of upper chest

Posted , 2 users are following.

I'm now slowly cutting my Bisoprolol in half for my morning dosage. And things are going fine. My BP and HR are normal safe range. Besides getting similar effects to altitude sickness, like headaches, hang over feeling..

But if I cut down on my evening dosage of Bisoprolol I start to get pressure on my chest, it feels like angina but I know its not. As I had a CABG x 3 4 years ago and never had any form of angina since my op. Too worried to check BP and HR at this stage. Its a bit scary. Has anyone had this happen to them when coming of bisoprolol fumarate ?

I now take 1.25mg bisoprolol fumarate in morning and 2.5mg bisoprolol fumarate at night.
