Bites/unknown red bumps all over body.

So about two days ago, I noticed a few bites on my hands and arms. I figured they were just gnats or maybe an angry spider, until today. I have become really stressed out because these unknown bumps are not going away and they are getting worse. I now have them on my hands, arms, legs, feet, thighs, neck, etc. I got suspicious of them being bed bugs because I recently moved into an apartment with my brother, but him and his girlfriend don't have any bites and there are no signs of bed bugs anywhere (I checked my mattress and frame thoroughly two nights in a row) I keep looking at pictures of different bites online but I don't feel like any of them look like mine. Some of them are close to each other, some of them are RIGHT NEXT to each other and some are really far apart. I thought maybe it could be an allergic reaction to a medicine I started a couple days ago but I was on the pill form of this medicine for the past week and had no problems, now I am on the gel version. I do sweat a lot at work due to no A/C so I'm suspicious of maybe a heat rash problem too? I will post pictures. If you have any idea at all, I would appreciate the input.     It looks like bites, have you been near any pets or have you been outside at dusk by water, sand or grass?
