Bizarre headache (or something) terrifying me

I joined the forum just so I could get some possible input. Hello!
The last few days I’ve been experiencing something that I honestly don’t know is a headache and it might get a bit lengthy so just bear with me...
It started as a headache at night. I passed out early (around 9) but woke up at about 3am and couldn’t get back to sleep til about 9am. Slept for another couple of hrs but that was it. Each time I was awake my headache was progressively getting worse. It was in the front of my head. As the day went on the headache got worse but moved, from the top of my head eventually to the back of it. Took some otc meds like Tylenol, had some caffeine, even tried a couple of my husbands tramodol, nothing helped. By the time 2pm arrived I just layed in bed basically motionless til about 6pm. Not quite napping but closing my eyes and not moving felt best. After this I got up and took a shower, but the ‘headache’ had again morphed. By this time it’s moreso a strange pressure instead of pain, all over my head but more on the sides and in the back, accompanied with tingling and I feel dizzy, and like I’m underwater- I guess. Honestly it felt like I took some bad drugs. I don’t jnow how else to describe it. Almost like a dizzy-ish floating feeling. With also vision slightly fogged, as if there were smoke in the room. Took my shower, water felt both good and strange on my head. Once I get out and get dressed it’s gotten worse.
I’m laying down again, my neck is stiff-ish, all my muscles that are usually tight or sore in my neck, shoulder and upper back region are more sore and tighter than normal. I have my husband rub me a bit. Helps for the time being but once he’s done it goes back to how it was. I try a heat pack on my neck, doesn’t help.
Now it’s about 9pm, it feels like I’m on some serious drugs, my arms hurt and are a little tingly, my body feels like I’m both under water yet floaty, the pressure in my head is all time high, I feel like my body isn’t working right. Like my arms and legs are heavy, my neck and back hurt like no other, and I’ll get random sharp pain in the back of my head and in the front. I took a shot of espresso, some more Tylenol, and passed out early and slept through the whole night which is very odd for me as I have had insomnia since I was a kid and generally have to take something to fall asleep and actually stay asleep.
I woke up this morning feeling slightly better but I can already feel it getting worse again like it did the day before.
My neck and upper back and shoulders are tight and hurt, my body feels heavy, my head has weird pressure and it feels like my body and head are swimming. I feel drugged. It makes no sense to me. It’s triggering my anxiety and I can’t help but start to panic.
A little bit about me:
I’m a 34yo woman. Relatively healthy diet, not overweight or have any underlying health issues that I know of. Have had migraines but I always know when it’s a migraine. This is nothing like I’ve experienced. I suffer from anxiety but again, have had it since I was a kid and know how to manage when it comes up. This is nothing like what I’ve come across.
I just recently started dealing with a decaying tooth from where a crown fell off (crooked dentists!!) so of course I started to look up sepsis and freaked myself out. I started taking antibiotics this morning just in case.
The stiff neck also made me think meningitis and that also freaked me out. Have I mentioned I’m a hypochondriac? Lol. But seriously. Everything I look up has some features of what I’m experiencing but not quite. I know I shouldn’t self diagnose but the real problem here is I am actually staying in Thailand right now bc my husband is receiving non FDA treatment for a tumor. I don’t have a doctor or that much money, so unless this is an emergency situation I don’t really have the luxury of just going to my clinic or doctor.
Does this sound like anything to anyone? I’m really starting to freak out. Any input or ideas is greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your reply! My mother said the same thing lol (yes, I still talk to her when I’m freaked out haha). After a few doses of the antibiotics I’m feeling a little better so there’s clearly something going on that needs medical attention. I’m going to finish out this bottle and in the mean time look for a good clinic that isn’t too expensive near me 🙌🏼
