Black/blue

I seem to be getting more bruises or just recently noticed quite a few on my legs mostly. Have no idea where they came from either. Is bruising or black/blue marks common in peri?

Hi..have you had your vitamin levels checked?

you might be low on certain vitamins, like vitamin K.

I was going through that and I remember my Doctor telling me it was a vitamin deficiency.

I do take Vitamin D and B12. Didn't know vitamin K helped with that. I'll check into it.

Yes is a necessary nutrient that helps with blood clotting, for strong bones, prevents excessive bleeding and deficiency of this vitamin will definitely cause easily bruising.
