after sex had some niddle like pain on penis shaft after 3 days had irregular fever with foul oder on penis which went after a week and small black spots appear on penis head its been 3 years for this gradually growing
i been tested twice but its clear

If you've been tested, and it's clear, it's probably just normal skin spots. If it hurts you should go to the doctor for it.
