2. Probiotics supplement (multi strain)

3. Fiber supplement (a prebiotics that enhances probiotics)

1+2+3 = goodbye rectal bleeding and colitis!

I was on antibiotics and an accutane generic for nearly 6 months. My GI tract was wrecked aftwards. Watery stool, followed by inflammation of the colon and rectum, constipation, puss in stool, bloody stool, daily rectal bleeding with every bowel movement.

After tons of research and trial and errors, my problems are gone, thanks to the above mentioned solutions. More details below on the Black Cumin Seed oil for those who are skeptical:

An active principle of Black Cumin Seed (Nigella sativa) oil, thymoquinone, showing significant antimicrobial activity against Clostridium difficile:

Note: After the bad bacteria is significantly reduced so that they cannot create GI problems, it is important that the good bacteria (probiotics) are restored in the GI tract. This is achieved by:

[*] Taking probiotics supplement (multi trains).

[*] To keep the good bacteria striving, we need to eat foods that promote and sustain them (prebiotics). Google search for a list of good prebiotics. A simple and effective prebiotics from my experience is fiber supplements.

Good luck and good health to you all! God bless!

The antibiotic you were taking happen to be Lialda? My doctor just gave me a prescription and I am scared to take it because of all the side effects I always try to find something natural but my colitis is out of control
