so i suffer with eczema on my right foot and recently noticed my big toenail my have fungus underneath it or its just been affected by the eczema. i have just noticed some black dots on my toe and my toe slightly hurts to bend and feels swollen.
ive included a picture
im currently on holiday in spain for another 6 days so any help is appreciated
