Black Dots on Penis Glans

Hi I am circumcised. Few months ago I noticed 2 black spots similar to little moles on the head area of my penis. First I thought it could be mark of  any kind and would go away after few days. But surprisingly there is no sign of going away rather I have noticed a few more brown/black spots appeared around the head of the penis. Although they don’t hurt or itch looks harmless to me. But still I am worried why suddenly they are coming on this area? Are they turning into anything sinister in future? Please help if anyone has similar concerns.

    as someone who is also currently going through an unknown issue i can only suggest you visit your doctor immediately. They will be able to run any tests necessary and hopefully handle the issue as needed. i will highly recommend you don't look into the situation any further yourself. being a "google doctor" will most certainly make the situation worse. Don't panic just visit the doctor

      Thanks for the reply Blake76126. I am now getting really bit scared  as you have advised to see doctor  immediately..... Are  they really any signs  of underlying disease then?  Why immediately?  I thought they could have been some kind of moles  having elongated  sizes instead of round shape. And that’s what has been  the thought in my minds as such and I have been observing whether  they are changing the sizes or colors. They just look black elongated spots not raised or not dented.  Do you still think  anything sinister?  I am now thinking of seeing a doctor although it’s an embarrassing issue to go with. Pls let me know if you know anything more about this type of spots.

      Take a deep breath. I only say immediately because you never know. And don’t be embarrassed this is normal practice for all medical professionals to look at these areas. You seem to have some health anxiety too. Try out an app called headspace. The mind plays tricks on the body especially if we give it the attention it wants

    I am going to see doctor next week. Someone in other forum said they are melanin. They are not harmful if not ragged outlined. Mine ones are elongated shaped  unlike moles, don’t understand ragged or not. I had seen some topics online about melanin melanoma and that’s really scaring me most.
