Noticed this like two days ago and cannot figure out what it is. I haven't had sex before so I am not sure what could have caused this to happen. it looked like a pimple at first but now I'm not sure what it is. if anyone can help me that would be greatly appreciated.

maybe cyst? go to dermatologist or urologist.

Looks like a cyst to me. Your observations also indicate a cyst too.
