I found this dark lump on my labia, it is quite hard, not that big and sore, however I think it is only sore because I have been pinching it. I have no idea what it is, I am due to see my gynaecologist in five days time so will ask then too, just wanted to know if anyone has seen anything like this before, thanks guys!

Possibly a tiny blood capillary that has swelled with blood on the surface of your skin.Called an angiokeratoma and totally benign. However,you are totally doing the right thing to show your gynae. These oddities are always best checked out.
