After removed my hair I found one black & red spot on my scalp, how I treat????

You have dark skin which can have patches of hyperpigmentation. The melanin in your skin is concentrated in that area. I wonder if you had it from birth....like a birthmark. Can you ask your Mum? In the interests of safety, you should see a dermatologist about removal or lightening.
