Hi there I just want to ask if you guys could help me out here I have a black spot on top of my penis and some white pimples around the head of the penis and a bump at the back of the penis hi there I just want to ask if you guys could help me out here I have a black spot on top of my penis and some white pimples around the head of the penis and a bump at the back of the penis

i dont know what are thoes and I don’t even know if I got them or I was born with them and hopefully it’s not cancer
