Black spots around penis.. are they warts?

Im observing three to four black spots around my groin area. It's been a 1-2 months since they have appeared. Also there are fleshy growth on the shaft of the penis. I'm really freaking out thinking what these are how should I handle this. I am currently in an active relationship with someone and have been active with here only in the past one year.

Could you please advise what this is and how it should be treated? Could this be due to ingrown hair?? imageimage
