Could this be linked to recent sexual contact? It could well be a fungal infection you have. There are ointments you can get from any Chemist / Drugstore - these are also used to treat Athlete's Foot, Jock Itch that kind of thing - a typical one is known as Clotrimazole .... but there may be different brand names, go into a chemist and ask for Clotrimazole ....
Follow the instruction to make sure the infection fully sorted - if what you have persists, update this Forum thread, or see a Medical Professional .....

Hello Wee_Dugie I didn't see any improvement regarding this issue. I'm using Clotrimazole 1% Myco Hydralin creme from past two weeks. I don't feel any itching. I don't feel any severe pain. when I flip back the skin something feels like sticky. Is there any solution or I need to continue applying cream until there is any improvement.

What you may have is different things going on here. There is whatever has caused the discoloured (black) spots in pictures 2 and 3 above, and if you have an issue of it feeling sticky this is unlikely to be related to the same thing.
Depending on how long the black spots have been there they may take quite some time before they start to fade out - they may have been present for quite some time before you actually noticed them.
What you are currently doing is ruling out the possibility that there is yeast or other bacterial infection on the head of your penis that has caused in the first place, or is currently maintaining the presence of the marks now. I would suggest you use the Clotrimazole for a further week, then, increasingly rely on what I detail below .....
After this it is a process of eliminating the other potential causes of the black marking. As you are mentioning the stickiness you need to know about 2 essentials, on the head of the penis there are bacteria that are naturally present and a layer of what is termed Smegma - this is likely to be the sticky substance you can feel. What you need to maintain is helpful or healthy Smegma, and prevent if from becoming problematical or unhealthy Smegma - you can only achieve this by having an ideal Penile Hygiene Regime in place to prevent things getting out of control.
One of the other possibilities of what has caused the black marking is the you had a constant presence of damp conditions between your foreskin and the glans of your penis, in the particular area where the black marking is.
The regular presence of dampness can be caused by sweat, or by when you wash your penis and / or take a shower and the area is not sufficiently dried. I will post a full guide of the broader issues you at least need to be aware of but the essentials are that you wash and dry your penis, particularly the glans and entire foreskin correctly from now on. With potential sweat, it depends whether you are regularly active, or generally inactive - whichever the case, the basics are the same, get washing and drying of the entire penis correct, and, have fresh underwear (or sports shorts as well if you regularly use them) on a daily basis. Here is my guide, the wording is not aimed at you, but you should be aware of the issues I am talking about ........
Penile Hygiene Regime to Combat Specific Problems
The best approach is not to use ANY SOAP on the Glans / Head of your penis - wash with water only EVERY time you have urinated, after sexual arousal, and ejaculation. If you are not circumcised, protect the Glans of your penis every time you take a shower by drawing the foreskin as far forward as you can, then wash everywhere else, thoroughly rinse off all the gels / shampoo and suchlike, then expose your glans wash it with the water only using the inside of your hand, then each time you have washed it you must make sure to 100% pat dry immediately afterwards with a towel.
After you have put this in place and you still have the situation going on you need to look at what else your penis is coming into contact with on a fairly regular basis. The likely suspects are:-
If all this produces no resolution to what you have, or your condition dramatically worsens, seek medical advice from your regular Doctor - but please note, many do not fully understand the differences between the potential skin conditions you may potentially have. Therefore, the better course of action may be to see a Dermatologist, or alternatively, go to a Specialist Sexual Health Service and ask to see the duty Urologist.
