blackout due to anemia?

so I passed out while walking outside and broke my finger, my gp thinks this is caused by anemia, but I'm worried as I also have suspected high blood pressure (waiting for 24 hr monitor) and a heart problem.

What are your hemoglobin levels, I’m at 7.5 and I take iron I do B12 shots every 3 days 2500 mcg which is a lot but it will help 3 days that’s it. I work full time and it’s so hard. I get medical ins. On the first so I hope iron transfusions.

But fainting is not good you need to see your doctor.
