I'm also 7 weeks post op after a posterior vaginal repair and had similar symptoms as well as slight bleeding but think it's been my last internal stitch coming out as all seems to have settled now. Take care x

Hi, sorry to hear you have pain. It could as reenie says be your stitches, but also possible urine infection, as that seems to be a common post op problem. Do you still have your contact number for your hospital gyne ward? Perhaps you can call them for reassurance. If it still troublesome on tuesday i suggest you get a gp apointment.

I'm 9 1/2 weeks bladder post op (no mesh, no tape, no sling). I have also had that feeling several times and Usually it was associated with standing too long or lifting something I shouldn't have. It would go away after a couple days of taking it easy. Good luck and God bless!   Trish
