Bladder and incision

Hi All

i Am new to the group and just after some advice or feedback.

about 3 months ago i started having a stinging sensation in the tip of my penis and still do,mainly after peeing or after sex. This was causing an urge to urinate a lot more than normal and more frequently. I've had loads of test and antibiotics but still suffering. I had a cystoscopy which revealed that my bladder neck was a little restricted,and my flow a little slow but if I'm honest I didn't notice these symptoms. The urologist says that a bladder neck incision may releave my symptoms but I've read so many bad reports and am kind of reluctant to have it done

Has any else had penis pain symptoms that has been linked to a bladder neck obstruction
