Bladder, bowel, uterine

I got diagnosed with endometriosis when I was 14. I have had 3 surgeries since, but not any since 2011. I am now 30 years old and have had 2 children. I have had many symptoms in the last 2 years. Constant urinary symptoms that feel like a UTI, constant pain with intercpurse and pelvic pain, and very bad IBS symptims. After much reading, they seem to mimic urinary, pelvic, and bowel endometriosis. Anyone can relate?
