Bladder neck incision

I had bladder neck incision at 6 o clock 8 weeks ago. yet, i have not seen much improvement with my symptoms , i am still having to void frequently and need to wake up 2-4 times during night. i feel continuous burning sensation and pain around prostate and urethra.

Has anyone experienced with BNI ? How long does it take to feel or get better?

I feel like procedure is not of much help rather it has made my condition worst.
