Bladder Neck Incision and living with blood thinners (Rivaroxaban)

Hi Guys

I was wondering if anyone has had a Bladder Neck Incision and taken blood thinners post operation. I'm a life long Rivaroxaban taker following 2 Pulmonary Embolism (2010/2015) and unfortunately I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in November 2018. Thankfully following a radical prostatectomy I'm now in remission.

But scarring of my bladder neck following prostate removal left me with a 5ml/sec urinary flow rate after 12 months. I recently had a bladder neck incision 1 week ago and resumed my blood thinner dosage. I understand bleeding will be an issue for a number of weeks through my recovery but was wondering if anybody else has experienced similar and how their recovery has been. Taking the Rivaroxaban tablet certainly exacerbates the bleeding and I suppose I'm looking for reassurances on recovery and any advice/updates would be very much appreciated.
