Bladder pain?

So it started last week- I had pressure when urinating, and slowly but surely it has gotten worse, today and yesterday I have had extreme pain in my bladder area like pressure pain while urinating - very relieved when finished urinatijg but I still have a dull pain there and my back and flank hurt too and occasional stabbing pains in my lower back (on the same side the pressure is when weeing) I’m feeling hot and nauseas too but having lost my appetite fully - but no burning when peeing or anything or any pus or blood that I can see in my urine, do I have a UTI or kidney infection? Pls share ur experiences... I’m so confused and in pain and I’m one of those people who wait til the last second to head to the doctor

    Hi,think a visit to the doctors is wise,could be a kidney infection.Good luck

    I hope by now you have seen a doctor Didget. Never ignore these symptoms. If untreated you can let any infection travel to the kidneys.
