been to see gp today and shes reffered me to a urologist I asked how long would I have to wait she said 1/2 weeks does this mean she sent it for an urgent appointment has she didn't say I am sure its longer for normal appointment

I'm sorry for that, all you can do in the meantime is trying to contain the problem using good appropriate protection, it's annoying but it will let you to go on with your normal everyday life, this is the most important thing at the moment.
You told us too few things to give an answer, anyway is it a new thing happening to you or something going on for more than six months?
