Why is nobody

talking about laparoscopic percutaneous removal of the bladder stones . That means to go directly through the skin into the bladder to catch the stone and remove it by the laparoscope . there is no need for sutures . It is key hole procedure. most urologists

prefer the trans urethral route but the patient will suffer from foley catheter, more bleeding ,danger of urethral injury. longer op time. This method is applied in children urological operations.

It is well known that laparoscopic procedures are less invasive .
