Bladder ultrasound issue

i am just looking for advice. for about 12 months i have had a major problem going for a wee. each time i go only small amounts come out, im talking 5ml at a time sometimes. i had a ultrasound for an unrelated issue and the GP has phoned me to say that something is showing up at the base of my bladder, she has asked a urologist for advice but didnt really give me any more information. can anyone think of what this thing could be?

    I had a urolift now I am having the same problem, ans my urologist said that its a bladder problem so he put me on some meds so he dont have to deal with it,
