Bladder / Urethra problems

I am at my wits end trying to gain some help to help me with what i'm going through painwise with alot of symptoms regarding my bladder / urethra, where i pee out of is in my vagina which is very distressing and painful like inflammation and my abdomen is having constant stitch pain constantly, is this normal does anybody know, i urethra seems to have dropped into vagina and i cannot see the walls at all as inflammed. I am waiting on tests which could take a long time like another 6 weeks. I've not been examined at all.

    My advice is very simple. Go to casualty or ER.. they can at least give you an examination and put your mind at rest. All the best wishes.

      I have already been to A&E but they did not examine me, so i paid to go private consultation now I'm waiting for tests, my Gp is not intrested as I've tried to explain but does not care
