Morning can someone help please I haven't had a period for two years and this morning I woke up with bleeding am so worried .
about two years ago I had a bisopy and found out I had thicking of the womb since then had no bleeding and being fine until this morning woke up to bleeding little bit of tummy cramps and bit of back ache
So worried any advice please
