Bleeding a lot- need help. Unanswered questions.

ok so ive had hems for 10 years. the last 3 have been hell.

i had halo procedure it was awful and made everything worse. surgery is no longer an option for me.

i bleed even when i go just to urinate. anyone else get this?

the blood comes out like a stream almost like when you accidentally leave the tap on a bit and lasts 20-30 minutes at a time.

i have tried tranexamic acid no joy, tried fragelin extract no joy, prep H, supposterories, creams, coconut oil, tuck pads, squatty potty, apple cider vinegar, whitch hazel, upped water intake and nothing is working.

i dont strain to use the loo but i have crohns so stool is always runny and im not allowed high fiber diet.

i am completley miserable and just want the bleeding to stop i dont even care about the pain. im only 25 and cant live like this.

can anyone suggest something to help that i havent tried, or is anyone in the same boat?

again i repeat i am told surgery is not an option.

Hello and sorry you are having such problems. I have suffered with piles for many years but for the last 7 months have been suffering just like you. When I go out have to always wear a couple of pads in case of break through. Sometimes it stops for a week or so if I'm lucky.. I bleed at any time and it is very depressing .I can't have surgery as have got heart condition and have to take blood thinners.I do sympathise best wishes April

im so sorry for the pain you went thru. i was the same for 15 years since i have my now teen daughter. This march 2018, we have a major eating habbit change and now my hemmorhoid never gave me problems. Its still there just like a thin dry skin, no pain no blood.

we juice weekly, only weekend has time, stock for 2 3 days. veg juice + fruits. it works out perfect to empty the fridge before grocery. quit coffee, caffein. we minimize pizza, deep fried, lessen fast food. drink tea, green tea nonsweeten.

at the beginning, i also took apple cider vinegar. start chewing nuts, brazil, chestnut, cashew...

so, lots of changes in food intake. basically eating healthy. please put in effort on lessen fast food, especially deep fried. take an apple instead.

i was not thinking to fix my hemmorhoid. we move to our new home and wanting my girl starts eating healthy. my result was like next day. you will notice it start shrinking if not same day, its next.

i know its hard with crazy life style. but there is no other way, sorry, ive looked for 15 years found none. so, i carry some mix nuts just in case im hungry. now, we try to cook home healthy, surprise, a good home meal isnt that hard or time consuming if we get into an habbit.

    good luck to you all.

I had it for 15 years since my daughter born. I tried so many things and failed miserably and I gave up last year and choose to deal with it (Sitz bath, vinegar, meds). This year, for my daughter, we've decided to change our eating habit. And by surprise, my hem goes away quickly. Not like it completely gone, but it no longer bleed nor swell nor pain.

      Here is what we do,

      1. Minimize fast food (pizza, mcdonald...), not more than twice in a month
      2. Juice weekly (green and fruit)
      3. Quit spicy, quit deep fried, quit caffeine, quit pop... Choose Water, green tea...
      4. 8 hours sleep.

I invest in our kitchen appliances. We minimize baking and absolute no deep fried.

My old folks in our culture has their theory and I feel bad not learning much before they're gone. All I remembered she saying was our body needs a balance. I would think she refers to pH in body (they often say it heat or cold), balance in diet and life. Back in Toronto Ontario Canada, they have chinese herb clinic will use herb to heal with lifetime guarantee (all natural herb use externally without surgery nor cutting).

So, you eating healthy, if I were you, I will quit caffeine and rest well... Minimize your stress level. Then, perhaps try detox.

Wish help and all the best,

      Jackie
