hi kayla, i wouldn't leave this, it's possible you've irritated your bottom, you have a tear, it could be a fissure. it might be something minor but you're not a doctor. get some sort of answer. good luck. not knowing is worse than knowing.

If you have blood on the tissue paper it's more likely that you have a hemorrhoid.

Has the hospital not performed a colonoscopy? Push for that test.

There's not really enough information in your post. You say the hospital couldn't tell you anything, but you don't mention what tests you had at the hospital. It's important to know this. If they did a full range of tests, including a colonoscopy for example, and told you there was nothing seriously wrong, then it might just be something like haemorrhoids.
Many people have mild haemorrhoids, which is the main cause of finding fresh blood in stool. You usually know if you have them, as they tend to cause some degree of pain. In my case, I get a lot of pain and bleeding from haemorrhoids after passing a large, constipated stool, and also during periods of constipation, when I'm not passing any stools. The latter case is due to back-pressure on the haemorrhoids from congestion in the rectum.

What ? how come your hospital cant do nothing ? THey can test if its hemoroid by very simple check . If its clear then it must have inflamation on your bowel or somewhere . You can have colonoscopy
