Bleeding bright red blood when wiping for two week

I’ve been bleeding out my rectum (bright red blood on toilet paper) for the last two weeks now. Went to the doctor a week ago and she said that it’s hemorrhoids without actually checking. Bowel movements have been normal, no abnormal color or shape. I get a really bad itching sensations around or in my rectum. No other symptoms. When this first started, I had really bad stinging/burning sensations around or in the rectum. I haven’t had diarrhea or constipation. My average BM are around at least two times a day. On some days it’s three and I’ve always been like that. This has been occurring for two weeks now and I’m starting to get concerned. Help me out? Thanks. Oh yeah and I haven’t been bleeding the whole time as in I don’t always wipe blood after a bowel movement or always have a itching sensation. The burning and stinging has gone away.

Im sure the doctor is right. Bright blood indicates it is not from inside the bowl itsself but around the anus. the bleeding is when you tear the hemorrhoids so wont occur every time. nothing to worry about they will go away at some point but try to avoid getting them in the first place by having fiber in your diet and not straining too hard. the itching sensation is the skin attempting to heal - try not to touch
