hi there my name is michael and i am 26 years of ageh.. this is very embarrassing for me but thought id give it a shot,i have been having some problems for the past 4-6 month when passing stools, i have been bleeding from the rectum and there is a slight sharp pain and also there is small drips of blood aswell.just wondering if anyone knows what it might be?

You have probably got piles but you need to see your doctor to get the correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment which may only be ointment. Don't be shy about seeing your doctor they deal with thing like this on a regular basis.
Increase the fibre in your diet and drink plenty of fluids to avoid constipation which can make matters worse.
Stop stressing and see your doctor asap, It is worth overcoming your shyness to get peace of mind.
