bleeding lesions

i was diagnosed with herpes about 5 days ago, after going untreated for 4 days and being a very very bad outbreak with unbearable pain. I have been on the valtrex and things have been getting better. this morning when i peed there was blood as well. it has been there everytime ive gone and is getting heavier. i checked myself out and the blood is coming from the lesions. is this normal? why would it be bleeding like this? i have also been had some lower stomach pain almost like period cramps randomly last night and this morning but it stopped with pain medicine.

The bleeding could be caused by the skin being irritated, tight fitting clothes, friction. At least I would suspect that was it

That is not normal. Herpes lesions don't usually bleed, and if they do, not by much. You might want to see a doctor about that. Are you sure the bleeding is from the lesions and not a worsening UTI on top of your herpes outbreak?

She called today and said I didn't have a UTI. But the doctor in Thailand tested for this weird bacteria and it was positive, but the doctor here said we don't even test for it cause it can be in ppl naturally. So idk if that has anything to do w it but I highly doubt it

Probably ureaplasma or similar, but you're right in that it shouldn't cause bleeding. Well, if you have no usual UTI bacterial infection, then the bleeding is rather atypical of herpes, especially if you are getting more than the odd speck when you wipe.
