bleeding on zoledex

I've had 4 months worth of injections now and apart from side effects all has gone fine. No bleeding and 99% less pain. 2 weeks ago I went on tibolone to help with the side effects, again all fine and has started to help.

All day yesterday I felt all bruised from my hips to my ribs but I just put it down to doing to much the day before so spend the day resting. When to bed and couldn't get comfortable. In the middle of the night I woke bleeding. This morning a called the doctors and asked for a call back which has never come. I've been at work all day worrying about this as having surgery on the 7th April and i'm desperate for it to work. I've had bad back ache but with bearable cramps today and still bleeding (sorry if to much info but it's quiet smelly too)

Anyone able to advise why this might be happening and what I should do

Thank you xx

Unfortunately some people do bleed through zoledex I did and every other hormone they put me on. I see it as your bodies need to have a period is stronger then the hormones trying to stop it. Surgery is nerve wracking and scary and you do hope for the best but endo is a bitch of a bitch and likes to come back. I could of saved a lot of heartache if I didn't get too excited that it was going to solve everything

    Hi laura,

i dont really know what is zoledex but i am assuming it is something similar to lurpon... Is it something which would temporary put your body on menopause? If yes, then its very normal to bleed with this...
