Blemish on penis head after sex

About 5 weeks ago I had sex with a married woman who claims she is STD free (they all seem to even when they have no idea) and during the protected sex the condom broke. I have for some time had a strange rash on my penis prior to this event and have been using different ointments like Neosporin and Murciprocin on it to try and resolve them, then last week I got a blemish resembling a single acne blemish, with no blistering, white heads or otherwise that popped up, only one, it doesn't hurt, hasn't blistered and appears to be healing but is completely freaking me out. I seem to remember getting something like this before many years ago, but had been tested before for HSV-1/2 and been negative. Now i've convinced myself that I have it but am not far enough out to test. I'm separated from my wife with no sex with her on the horizon, but nevertheless freaking out. Anyone have any thoughts?

You need to be on a PC or laptop with a large window to add pictures.  If you are, then you should see some extra icons towards the top right of where you type, and the right hand icon (which I think is supposed to look like the sun over hills) will add images.

The pic I've attached here shows the icons:

I don't know what that is, but I don't think it's an STI.  It may well be nothing to worry about, but I'd get it checked out if I were you.  You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated.  Good luck.

I agree with ml66uk's last reply, you need to get a medic to get this sorted out .. the sooner you do, the quicker you will achive peace of mind and start getting back to having a healthy penis ....
