Blephasol, breakthrough for blepharitis

After suffering blepharitis quite badly on and off for three years, I think I may have found something that actually helps enormously, forget wet ones, they just didn't do the trick after a certain amount of time of using them, has anyone tried blephagel? It works a hell of a lot better than any of the other gels I have tried, it comes in a nice big tube and is available from your GP on prescription.
I use several blobs of the stuff every morning and night, and believe me it has worked wonders, other things like blephasol and blephasol wipes didn't do the trick, but the gel, that...is...fantastic, I can only recommend that blepharitis sufferers give it a try.
Mainly my eyes are clear now, just a little weepy at times, but only until after I have applied the blephagel, then it eases up, and they are no longer gritty or swollen, this is the stuff to try, I tried wet ones, after two months of some success, they failed to work any more so I was desparate to find something that would help me, just a suggestion but try some blephagel folks, you can't lose anything from giving it a go.

I use both wet ones and blephagel. I ordered blephagel through Amazon and the tube says it was made in France.
i "wash" my eyelids morning and night with blephagel. During the day I wipe them with Wet Ones. In the middle of the day as time permits I might use Dr Bonner's 18-1 Hemp Tea Tree Pure Castile Soap as eye lash/lid cleaner. (I use Dr Bonner diluted as hand soap) After a couple of months I have seen great improvement!
I have, I believe all the causes of blepharitis: clogged glands, over abundance of the mites and staph infection. As mentioned by others you have to be consistent and relentless. It could take over 6 months to get back to "normal", whatever that is for each of us.
