Blip on citalopram?

hi all,

im a newbie here and just after some reassurance..I stratus taking citalopram 10mg in October 2023 and found it really hard then in December after some improvements doc upped dose slowly to 20mg I am only 3 to 4 weeks on this new dose and over Christmas and all of January I have been almost back to my old self until I have recently come down with a cold which has turned into a chest infection. this has started my anxiety off again worse in the morning , being sick ect.....is this a blip and how long will it last?, I'm trying to relax against it but it's so hard and gutting being back here after feeling so well..some advice please😟

    hi shmoo im on week 7 of 20mg, im up and down with the anxiety at the minute so im also hoping its a blip x
