Blister-like rash on my foot

We went away on holiday last week and returned on Friday.  Satureday morning when I woke up, I noticed this rash on my foot.  It is neither painful, nor itchy.  I itches only when I touch it, otherwise, it doesn't bother me at all.  This is now 5 days ago.  I first treated it with an anti-histamine lotion, then with 100% tea tree oil and 100% rosemary oil applying the one after the other, then this morning when I woke, I noticed that it has changed to a deeper red and applied an antibotic ointment.  I then went to the pharmacy and saw the clinic nurse, who gave me an anti-fungal ointment.  As it is not bothering me, I didn't worry too much, but it doesn't seem to get better at all.  I do have a headache, but really nothing else I can complain about.  Any idea what this can be?  Can I get shingles on my foot?  See photo attached.  Thank you.

    Ok, I went to the doctor. It is indeed shingles.
