I've got what looks like a small blister on my left cheek. It's been there for approximately three days or so. Its only slightly painful if I press down on it. I'm just a wee bit worried as to what it might be.

Its an infected cyst or hair follicle. Dont worry. It should eventually come to a head and then dry up. Do not squeeze or pick...that will spread the infection. just keep it clean. You can try any sort of spot medication on it.
