Blisters from sanitary napkin? Herpes?

please help me. i don't have the money to have this checked and i'm afraid to tell my parents and boyfriend. i was wearing the same sanitary napkin for a whole day (cuz my period was ending and the flow wasn't that strong anyway) and started to feel discomfort towards the end of the day. once i took a look, i saw rashes and redness. by the next morning, it turned into a line of blisters, where the napkin should have been. maybe its contact dermatitis, maybe its a yeast infection, but the internet says that i should be alarmed at the sight of genital blisters because that's an indicator of herpes. so naturally, now i'm freaking out. i've had sex with 6 people, but only one guy for the past 9 months. i'm only 20 and i dont have the means to have it checked PLEASE HELP ME

planned parenthood can help you if you dont have money. Im in US as a visitor and didnt have money to treat me. Planned Parenthood can give you an insurance card and prescribe meds

i'm from a conservative third-world country. planned parenthood programs here sadly aren't as efficient and there's still a lot of stigma around it. ☹ its either its free but has very poor service or has prices which aren't student friendly.

correction: i've been having sex with the same guy for 11 months now. also, i noticed that my vulva is itchy and there's some cottage cheese-like vaginal discharge. maybe its a complex yeast infection? please, i'm desperate.

exact same thing happened to me, same symptoms, after wearing the same pad for the whole day. I am going to get it checked tomorrow and let you know what it is if it can help you!
