Blisters in vagina HELP PLEASE picture

Please can someone help.... I have these blisters and I'm not sure where they came from or what they are. A week ago I had a yeast infection. I was given Metaspore to help with it. I'm not sure if that is where they came from? They are not sore at all and don't itch. I would never even have known if I didnt examine myself every month just to make sure all is good. Im worried

Did you ever find out what it was ?? I have the same thing and I'm going crazy trying to find out what it is
