Blisters on inner labia

I went to the ER because of course my gynecologist couldn't get me in for three weeks and they diagnosed me with Bacterial Vaginosis, which I have had before but never this severe. I have a white discharge with an odor and my skin is peeling around my vulva area; all common with my past BV infections.

I just got off my period and my boyfriend and I have ALOT of sex and he doesn't wear protection or pull out as we prefer not to. He has no STDs, he got checked. I have been with one other person besides him side my last STD check and in 95% sure the other person was clean as well. At the ER they did a pelvic exam and swabbed my ovaries etc, did a test to rule BV or a Yeast Infection and came back BV. She told me they did an STD screening as well but they wouldn't have the results for three days. She was confident it was just a BV infection. As any woman if anything even in the slightest is wrong with your lady bits you panic, well I am panicking.

Also to add, my period was four days ago, I've had BV symptoms for two days and a rash thing for two days, we had sex on my period but I was very lubricated so I did feel a friction burn start.
