Bloat, discomfort, weight gain

Posted , 9 users are following.

I am forever feeling like I have PMS symptoms of bloat, occasional cramp, and discomfort, even during sex, in the lower abdominal area and weight gain.   Gas also.   I can't eat fatty foods very much anymore.    My stomach always looks like it's protruding.  Anybody else? Any suggestions?

    Hi Trish,

I gave up bread and it did help quite a bit. I'm a stone and a half heavier than I would like to be but if I eat bread I look much fatter around the middle.

Thanks for the help - I guess I'll stop eating pizza with the little ones!

Same here. If I could just loose about 3 inches in my abdomen and butt, I'd look normal.

Yes...me too! Been going on for the last 6-7 weeks. So uncomfortable and constipated too. Used to be so regular. That's not helping with the stomach cramps. And the gas!!!! Oh my goodness. The reading I have done has said that the bloat and gas is due to the lower progesterone levels. A new set of symptoms always seem to pop up - just when I seem to get a handle on the others.
