i feel bloated immediately after drinking a glass of water???

    You give so little detail, and leave out anything which may give an indication as to your problem. Anyone tempted to give advice on such scant information would be unwise, and you would be silly to heed it!

    It's that simple after having a glass of water I just seem to bloat

    Try sipping it slowly if your drinking it straight off it could be hitting your stomach like a brick
