    Hi Chrissy

I had my tvh in January and I found I was bloated and swollen but hadn't increased in weight.

I am very slim 8 half stone but know it's very common to be bloated especially in evening. We have internal tissues to heal which can take up to 12 mths. Rest and take it slow 🐌x

Hi Chrissy, unfortunately with ibs bloating is one of the worst parts of the condition,I find that white bread is the worst culprit, cheese also,I don't know if you've seen anyone who can advise you on your diet, they will normally give you booklets,I myself found them most helpful, not everyone is the same, but you will soon find what you can and can't eat,to start of it seems a bit daunting, but then you find all the nice things you can eat.

    Good luck.
