Bloated tummy and sore boobs

Hi girls, over the past year I've been keeping a diary of my periods, they've been appearing anywhere from forthrightly to 6 weekly and vary in length etc
I'm now 6 weeks after my last one and have been feeling as if one was going to start for over a week. My boobs are really sore and my tummy is solid and really bloated. It feels like I've got a balloon in my tummy full of water. It's making me feel exhausted and my weight is soaring by the day.
I've put a stone on over this past year and feel really miserable.
My anxieties have continued and I am very lethargic
Has any one else had this?
Xx

I felt bloaty and fatter in the belly this week too. Insatiable appetite too. Lots of Indigestion and either gone #2 too much or constipated. Two days of headaches. Lots of night swests and sleepness nights, and some dizziness this week too. Usually, similar symptoms as when I'm pmsing., but no period. So weird all these crazy sympyoms.
I have no answers or quick remedies to fix any of this stuff. Just taking my vitamins, exercising, snd trying to get to bed earlier.
Just hoping after I get to real menopause, symptoms will start easing up a bit. Hope yours do too Cami.

Yes, I went through the same thing. My weight shot up and I went from a size 10 to a 14 in a short space of time purely because of the bloating and fat that settled on my waist, hips and thighs. I was ashamed to let anyone see me side-on because of the bulges. It's a vicious circle because the extra weight makes you feel lethargic and miserable which in turn adds to the anxiety. The only consolation I can offer, as a "menopause survivor", is that these things really don't last forever. It's almost a year since I had any menopausal symptoms and my weight and energy levels have gone back to normal.
The menopause can make you feel you very isolated and vulnerable, even if you have a supportive family and friends, I think there is very little professional support for women in this field - but you will get some answers and advice from fellow sufferers on the forum.

Yes the weight is on my waist, bum and thighs too. I feel my thighs are almost like a polo neck jumper over my knees!! Might be a slight exaggeration but you get the picture 😉
It's awful I feel as if I'm losing my identity and becoming dull, frumpy, permanently shattered, constantly hungry and unmotivated... It's awful. I've had to stop googling my symptoms as when I do that I've got every condition/illness known to man!!
I'm so looking forward to becoming a menopausal survivor.. I just hope I've not scared off all my friends and family by then 😕 Xx
