For years I've had a semi blocked right ear. It clears when I block off my left ear and nose and puff out, if you know what I mean, but I can feel it block in a few seconds. The solution was hearing aids but any procedure to fix it would be better. My balance is not affected, just my patience. Any ideas?

This means that you have air in the tube (I do not know what it is called in medical language), which is connected the ear to the nose, when I had ear inflammation, I had the same feeling. The doctor with an enema blew air into my nose, and ask me to say KA-KA-KA-KA (when you are pronounced KA there is opened the tube of nose and the air which is inside of tube is going from the nose tube) and after three séance everything went away. I don't know if you understand what I wrote 😃 But ask doctor about this procedure
