Blocked semen tube.

Don't know what it is really called but I had my prostate done (TURP) some time back then a stricture all of which is OK for now (peeing OK with weekly catheter). What has developed recently is painful ejaculation. Thus the tube down which semen travels is blocked by the prostate perhaps growing a bit and closing it off but not the urethra.

Surgeon says they will not do anything for that (NHS in UK) and I am not keen to go under the hammer again (privately)!

Thing is should I stop ejaculating now to prevent build up of semen?

If the semen is blocked does the body remove it by some other mechanism?

Any advice welcome as to possible prognosis. Thanks.

With having a Turp you have a enter ejaculation. It may just be your orgasm. The body will take care of it because it is going into the bladder. Your not connected any more.

In a way your lucky that you are having a orgasms. Many men that have had Turps never get anything back

All they want to do is tie the doctor to a table and do the same to them....Ken
