Hi Anne you need to see a neurologist asap. You need an MRI to see what's going on in the brain.  A brain bleed is nothing to fool around with.  There's a lot that can be done to help you.  Please go get some help soon.  Linda

Have you had your blood tested for autoimmune issues?

Have you tried food allergy possibilities?

no, my doctor does not want to, just normal blood tests, i have tried food allergy before and had nothing...

I get tremendous brain fog, dizzy for 4-5 days, heart palpitations, bad back of head headaches.... unregulated blood pressure... ALL due to wheat, soy, dairy, GRAINS in general. My neurologist refused to accept that food was causing my 'episodes'. I had tompart ways with him. I finally got a non-celiac gluten sensitivity test, and it was positive, also took myself off all grains and dairy for 10 days..... ALL of my symptoms went away. My blood test... ANA.... is positive for autoimmune.... so eating wheat/grains and dairy was the causer of my autoimmune issues which gave me ALL my horrible symptoms.

i have done allergist tests, negative, but im sure of autoimmune disease, hard to find and treat i think, i also developped psoriasis, inflammatory diseease so i think all is linked, went to naturopath before but too expensive , i think like you concerning inflammatory diseases

I have had the same symptoms. The constant full ears  is terrible. I also can hear my heart beating in my head. Can you? It has effected my coordination and walking. I am currently diagnosed with Atypical Parkinsonism....but feel something may be wrong with my circulatory system in the head. Western medicine just wants to throw Parkinsons meds at me.  I  recently had an appt with a Chiropractic Neurologist and he ordered blood work and wants to check blood flow to head. The bad part is that insurance doesn't cover doctors who think outside the box.

i will have an appointment with the neuro and i ll see, it is really hard to deal with weird things, yes the other medecines are really good in a sense they take  into account the hole body but not covered by insurance, i did not know that a chiropractor neuro exists, blood issues is not that easy to treat i have read on the web

Perhaps you will consult with a vascular specialist. That physician will be able to treat you.

Just a few thoughts to look into.  Test:  Tilt Table Test or have antibodies for IGg IGa IGe etc WITH SUBCLASSES.  It has helped get my diagnosis tighter.  Good luck.
